DATABASE

The TRIPS database stores data about places to visit around the country.

Open the database and make sure that you understand what each field is for.

Create a data entry form so that more records can be added. You must:

• include a sensible title
• make sure it includes all the fields
• include features to help the user enter valid data

Find details of two possible trips in your area which are not already in the database.

Use your data entry form to add new records for these trips. You will need to use this table to find the correct region for each one.

Save evidence of your data entry form for your eportfolio. Do NOT include the database itself.
