FIVE A DAY DATABASE |

You must create a database to store information about Five a Day portions. This will be used to extract useful information for Reality Check users. Click on the Information Pack and read the page 'Eat me, drink me' to find out how it will be used.
The data you need has been provided in this text file. You can find out what the data items are by looking at this list. For example the first one is the name of the item.
Design and build a suitable database structure to store the data. Make sure that each field has a suitable name, data type, format and length. You must include simple validation rules where appropriate.
Ask a test user to check that your database structure is correct then import the data set. If records are rejected, check that your validation rules work as intended and keep a note of any rejected items for your eportfolio.
Add five new records to the database. These could be new vegetables or fruits or they could be different ways of serving items that are already in the database. For example, 150 ml of grape juice is just as good as a handful of grapes but it's not in the database at the moment.
Save evidence of your database structure for your eportfolio, including validation features. You will also need evidence of the new records you added. Do NOT include the database itself.
