Making recommendations to the council – a presentation

By now you will have enough information to be able to decide which alternatives you think the council should investigate further.

You have been asked to prepare a presentation for council members giving a brief overview of the issues and your recommendations.

You should use information from your research, your survey findings and information from your database to present your case. For each of your recommendations you should include the most important advantages and disadvantages. You should use graphics where appropriate and ensure that each slide communicates the information effectively. You must also prepare a set of speaker notes to accompany the slides that will allow you to expand on each point.
