DECISION TIME |
It's decision time! Each team member must present a summary of their findings and allow team members to try out their model. The aim is to give the team enough information to decide which event is most likely to be a success.
Prepare your presentation to the team. It must include results from your research and justification for your costs. How you do this is up to you - it could be a verbal or written report or a slide presentation.
Make sure you have a fully working model for your team to try out.
Save evidence of your presentation for your eportfolio.
Each team member must present their findings to the team. Allow plenty of time for the presentations, to ask questions and to explore each model.
Discuss the options and decide which event to hold.
Check the model for the chosen event. Update it if necessary and save it in the shared area.
Update the team log to include a record of comments made about each event, and reasons for the team's final choice.
