Using the team project plan

You must keep your initial team plan for your eportfolio. Do not change it during the project.

Make a copy of your initial team plan and rename it 'Ongoing team plan'. Use this version during the project.

You must take action when problems occur and agree changes to your ongoing plan if necessary.

Team log

You must complete the team log section on your plan at the end of every session, including:

• changes to the ongoing plan and why they were necessary
• important decisions
• what you have done and how well it went
• who did what
• how you took account of feedback and what happened at interim checkpoints
• how you made use of contingency time

Save your ongoing team plan each time you make changes.

Sources table

Create a sources table using this example to help you.

Save the sources table in the shared area. Keep it up-to-date throughout the project.
