Put it all together

You must decide how the user will find their way through the materials in the proposal. Make sure that it all links together and is easy to use. Use the eportfolio checklist to ensure that your proposal is complete.

Present your proposal to a suitable test user. Ask for feedback on whether the proposal would convince potential sponsors. Make changes if necessary.

You need to save this for your eportfolio Save the final proposal in the shared area. The complete proposal will be copied into each team member's eportfolio.

Ask suitable reviewers for comments on your proposal. Keep a record of what they say so that you can use it in your project review.
