You will:
You will carry out some research to find out what is already available where you live. You will decide on three activities that could be offered by the club.
Your activities could involve sport, art, craft, music, dance, drama, games, fundraising or anything else that you think young people would like to do.
You will conduct a survey to help you plan your activities and decide how much to charge.
A leaflet is needed to advertise the new club. It will be available in schools, colleges and libraries. You must create this leaflet. It must include details of your chosen activities and a membership form.
A presentation about the new club will be shown in schools and colleges. You must create this presentation. It must attract attention to the club and persuade young people to join.
When new members join the club, their details will be entered into the MEMBERS database. You must create a data entry form to do this.
The organisers want to identify members who might be interested in new events and activities. You must search the database and produce the reports they need.
