DATABASE DEMONSTRATION

There are many organisations in the UK for young people. One of the aims of the new Make Space Club will be to provide information about these organisations. The club needs a database that can be searched when members ask for information. For example, a member might be interested in sports activities, voluntary work or arts organisations.

At the launch of the new club, the database will be accessible on a computer connected to the internet. You will demonstrate how it can be used by running sample searches. The results will be displayed as on–screen reports.handy hint

Before you continue, make sure that you have completed the section Creating a database.

You must include the website address for each organisation in your search results.

Check that your results are as you expect, including the correct fields, and save the results with suitable names so that you can find them later. handy hint
