The database needs to be updated regularly.
Design and create a data entry form for adding new records. Make sure that it is easy for others to use and try to include features that help prevent the entry of invalid data.
Ask at least two other people to proofread and test it by entering test data. Record their feedback and make changes if necessary.
Use your data entry form to add five records for youth organisations⁄activities. These can be from your local area or national organisations that you found during your research.
You must include evidence of your database in your eportfolio – database table structure, validation, rejected records, data entry form, new records added. Do NOT include the database itself.
