MARK ALERT – eportfolio

Does my eportfolio show clear awareness of the audience (moderator) and intended purpose?
Is it within the maximum size limit of 15MB?
Does it have a logical folder structure?
Are all folder and filenames sensible?
Are all the files in the list of acceptable formats in the SPB?
Does it include all the required evidence and nothing unnecessary?
Are the links consistent styles and positions?
Is it easy for users to find their way around?
Does the commentary on each page make sense and introduce the evidence clearly?
Do all links work even when the eportfolio is viewed on another system?
Is the home page effective? Does it tell the moderator enough?
Have I spell-checked and proofread every page?
Is the appearance and layout clear and consistent?
Are the images good enough quality without making the files too big?
Is all text clear on the screen - font types, sizes, colour combinations
Are all sources acknowledged correctly?
Does it include evidence of process, with commentaries?
Have I chosen reviewers carefully and asked them for useful feedback?
Have I made use of the feedback?
Have I included the review and commentary in my eportfolio?
Have I tested the whole eportfolio one last time?

You could use this checklist to create a series of questions for your eportfolio reviewers by adding space for their comments. You might need to change the wording of questions and add some more of your own.
