Hold a meeting to discuss each design. Agree the final identity for your event. You may want to combine elements from more than one of your designs.
You must produce a set of five useful documents for the enterprise such as:
Each team member must produce at least one document. Decide who will do what and make sure this is clearly shown on the plan and in the team log.
Update the team log.
Create the document(s) allocated to you. You must use the agreed identity and include relevant contact details where appropriate.
Ask for feedback from other team members and make changes if necessary.
Save your document(s) for your eportfolio.
Agree the final set of documents for the enterprise. Make changes if necessary to ensure that they are consistent and fit for purpose.
Save the agreed set of documents in the shared area.
Update the team log. Make sure you clearly identify who did what.
