Have I produced the three promotional items allocated to me?
Have I identified a target audience for each item?
Have I checked that the design, content and language of each item are suitable for the target audience?
Have I included enough information, including the web address?
Have I made use of feedback from others, including team members, to improve my items?
Are my three items consistent with each other and with the rest of the set?
Does the complete set of items work well with the website to promote the event?
Have we asked potential customers for feedback?
Have we made changes when necessary?
Have we identified who did what?
Have we saved the complete set of items in the shared area?
Can it be viewed using only the Moderator's Toolkit?
Do our promotional items comply with copyright?
Have we updated the team log and sources table?
