Create your eportfolio using your structure chart. Make sure that there is a link to every item of evidence and that all the links work.
You must test your eportfolio to ensure that it functions properly. You must be quite sure that it is fully portable – that all the links will work on another machine. If you have broken links, you will lose marks for your eportfolio and you also risk the moderator missing some of your work. 
You should also ask peer reviewers and your teacher to test it and give you feedback.
Make sure that your eportfolio is not too big The maximum size for your eportfolio is 15 MB. If you submit an eportfolio that is bigger than this then your work may not be accepted.
Ask suitable reviewers for comments on your finished eportfolio. Keep a record of what they say so that you can use it in your project review.
